We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Please give us a delivery address where someone will be into receive the parcel e.g. your work address, a friend or neighbour etc.
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days after we receive your order with payment - stock permitting. If we are out of stock of a particular item, we will let you know and give you an anticipated delivery date. We will only charge you postage once - even if we send you more than one parcel.

Additional local import duties may be payable on request

Returns Policy
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you need to return any goods, please do so within 14 days of receipt, unused and in new condition, and we will either exchange them or refund you.We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage for insurance purposes. Returns are sent at your expense. Fill out the returns form we sent in your original parcel to tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Returning any item within 3 months will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Rackety’s will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Rackety’s on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount / offer, that discount / offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Rackety’s incur no handling charge.Product Information
SizingPlease refer to the size charts page for measurements on our designs. We are happy to exchange a product for a smaller or larger size to ensure you receive the correct garment for your needs (extra charges may apply if you move into another price band).
Children’s Sizes
Refer to the age size of the child’s regular clothing as a start point. Our children’s range is divided into year groups as follows:
Pretty / Joey Vest:
3 – 4 years, 5 – 6 years, 7 – 8 years, 9 – 10 years, 11 – 12 years, 13 – 14 years
Rest of Children’s Range:
3 – 5 years, 6 – 8 years, 9 – 11 years, 12 – 14 years

Adults Sizes
Adult clothing is divided into Small / Medium / Large / X Large across the range.

Designs and Colours
Colours shown are as close to actual fabric colour as printing/photography processes will allow. We reserve the right to change garment features or designs at our discretion without notice.
Tumble Drying
We do not normally like to recommend that our products be tumble dried. This is because the heat can cause shrinkage and fading and may shorten the lifespan of the garment. Most of our products can be tumble dried with care. Please follow care instructions on each garment for the best results.

All the information you give us when you place your order online is secure. Our system automatically encrypts information by scrambling it before it is sent from your computer so you can be sure card numbers, delivery and billing information is safe. Credit and debit card information is not passed on to us; it goes straight to a bank for processing.VAT Relief on Adult Clothing
The Adult clothing in this catalogue can be purchased VAT-free if the recipient is disabled and will use it for their personal or domestic use, as outlined in Para 1 of VAT Leaflet 701/7/76, provided the recipient or their representative completes the declaration section of the order form in this catalogue.Charities buying adult clothing to make it available to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use are also eligible to do so free of VAT under the same legislation.
All other organisations and companies registered for VAT will be charged a higher, VAT inclusive price on adult clothing.
