Tanni & Anni went shopping
Recently, Tanni & Anni spent a very enjoyable day shopping at the Trafford Centre, Manchester. We wanted to see what was hot on the high street, and where the best places to shop are when you are shopping in your wheelchair.
The Trafford Centre is well laid out and fully accessible, loads of parking, plenty of toilets and a full adult size changing table.
We loved:
- H&M dresses simple and neat – great sitting dresses
- Topshop’s maternity trousers – really fashionable but fully adjustable – could be very comfortable and don’t look remotely like a maternity item
- The fashion for big–fat–in–your–face–message tee shirts!
Something we are fond of at Rackety’s
We hated:
- The stores with double layers of rails so you can’t reach anything on the top rail
- The stores so full of displays you can’t see the clothes
